Return and refund Policy
Finway does not endorse a return or exchange policy as a standard protocol for either domestic or international orders. This applies to all off-the-shelf and custom-made products.
Alterations
Alterations will only be accepted under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The merchandise received is damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item is delivered instead of the ordered product.
Process for Alterations:
- Notify our team via email within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. Include a clear description of the issue along with images of the problem areas.
- Upon approval by Finway, the garment must be returned in its original, unused, and sealed condition with its original packaging.
- The discretion to accept the return or alteration lies solely with Finway, depending on the timelines and quality of the returned item.
- Necessary corrections will be made, and the outfit will be redelivered to you with a new delivery date.
Fit and Size
- Refer to our standard size chart for accurate body measurements. The fit may vary based on the cut and style of the garment.
- Each garment includes an ease of 3-4 inches for a comfortable fit.
- Bespoke outfits will be crafted using the measurements provided by the customer. Any alterations due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer will incur additional charges.
Color Variations
- Product images may display slight color variations compared to the actual product due to screen differences and natural dyeing processes.
- Minor imperfections in fabric, print, color, or dye are inherent to natural and manual processes and are not considered defects.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after they have been processed.
- All orders are handcrafted and personalized; therefore, Finway reserves the right to accept or cancel orders at its discretion.
Sale Policy
- Promotional offers may apply only to selected merchandise and for a limited time.
- Sale prices are valid exclusively on the Finway website.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. Alterations are not accepted for items purchased on sale.
Delivery Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.
- Domestic shipping charges are covered by Finway.
- International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and must be paid by the customer.
